Chicken salad with mint, grapefruit
We fry chicken breast on low heat for 20 minutes. Take out chicken breast from pan and torn into small pieces. Fry small pieces on high heat for 10 minutes to golden crust.
We prepare vegetables: cut tomatoes Cherry, cut cheese dorblu, cut leaves of mint, cut leaves of green lettuce.
We fry peanuts on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
We peel the grapefruit. We break the grapefruit into the segments.
Serving dishes: We put ingredients on the plate accidentally. In the end, sprinkle with peanuts.
